Shipping Policies
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING and LOW-PRICED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
All designs are made-to-order, current turn-around times are marked within each listing and will ship as posted. Every order will be mailed USPS First Class and fully insured and tracking details. This includes both domestic and international shipments.
International shipping is only $5 flat rate/pc. After your order is placed you will receive full shipping details, including daily tracking & delivery. Minimum $150 on all international orders.
Some ship times, especially international shipments may vary and take longer than the date given. This is due to the USPS limitations or unexpected stops in customs. I have no control over these rare delays, however I will update you whenever possible. Please take this into consideration when ordering. If you would like to have your order sooner, you may pay to expedite a rush order thru Fed Ex or UPS.
Typical lead time for processing is three days. Due to the hand-fabricated process, some ship dates may vary from listed times. Certain designs could take longer; depending on customization, availability, stock and production. I will contact you to let you know if it surpasses the typical three day lead time.
Most accessory and jewelry items are shipped securely with our signature keepsake packaging (orders totaling $100 or more). You'll also receive a digital spiritual tool kit (STK) containing some of the scientific, history, and rumored metaphysical healing properties contained in the minerals of your design. You'll receive a digital PDF file of the STK when you supply your email address and once your package has been delivered. All orders are shipped through USPS and International USPS.

Returns & Exchanges
Please contact me if you have any problems or concerns with your order.
I will gladly accept a return for shop credit.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
The return is the responsibility of the purchaser. The item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery, including fully insured and trackable shipping (see more details below).
I don't accept cancellations because I am an artist and begin production as soon as an order is received. Thank you!
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Return & exchange details
I want you to LOVE and adore your Alexandria Black design. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will honor an exchange or boutique credit. Any item that is made "custom to fit" is not returnable. Any other returns requested beyond these guidelines will not be accepted.
The item(s) should be shipped back; both insured and with delivery confirmation as it was received. All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. In the case of a return, please contact me for a Return Authorization Number and address.
If the returned item does not appear to be in new condition as sent and in the original packaging, we reserve the right to deny any exchange or credit. Damaged or otherwise “worn” pieces will not be accepted. Custom pieces are final sale.
Repair
If you have an Alexandria Black design in need of a “simple” repair no problem send it back and we will take care of it. We will repair things free of charge (within a year of purchase) the buyer assumes shipping charges. This time frame could be waived on an independent basis depending on the repair. We will repair any Alexandria Black design beyond the year for a nominal charge to cover material costs and shipping charges. All shipping fees (to and from) will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Some specific designs are delicate as they are created from natural things or vintage components. The birch bark, feather or leather designs, to name a few. All these pieces require thoughtful attention even with wear. I impart simple instructions on how to care for them and give them ultimate longevity. When these one of a kind pieces are cared for properly they can last a lifetime!
Extras
Precious metals, crystals, and gemstones are commodities and become especially popular for investors during an affected economy. Prices have increased on the objects of desire that make up our pieces. The increases range anywhere from double to more than 20 times the price of the same components from two years ago. The market changes at the end of each day and the prices often change from morning to evening depending how the stock markets close.
I keep my margins as tight as I am able, but have been increasing prices accordingly on certain designs to make ends meet. As always you can be assured that you will have an authentic, specially designed piece that you will love and cherish for a lifetime! Thank you for supporting women in small business and artists that live and breathe their work.
The line is niche and translates well into genres like museum & resort gift shops, editorial/film and custom goods, private cliental.
