Shipping

Free domestic shipping on every order. Domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. All shipments are fully insured and include tracking.

International shipping is available to select countries for a low, flat rate of $10 USD (Economy International) or $15 USD (Express Standard) per package, with a minimum order of $150. Buyers are responsible for any tariffs or duties incurred during delivery.

All Alexandria Black designs are made to order using natural gemstones, metals, and antique elements. Subtle variations in color, texture, or form are part of the character and authenticity of each piece.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Some designs may require additional time depending on customization or material availability. If so, I will contact you with an update.

Delivery times may vary, particularly for international orders, due to USPS handling or customs processing beyond my control. I will keep you updated if delays arise.

Rush shipping is available via FedEx or UPS upon request. Buyers are responsible for upgraded shipping charges.

Smaller jewelry and accessories arrive in Alexandria Black’s signature keepsake packaging. Each order made using minerals also include a digital Self Love Tool Kit (SLTK) PDF sent by email once your package has been delivered contact me.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there are any concerns with your order. If there is ever an issue with your purchase, please reach out. I am always happy to help find a thoughtful solution.

Each Alexandria Black design is individually made using natural materials like gemstones, metals, leathers, feathers, and antique elements. Because of the organic nature of these materials, subtle variations are to be expected and are considered part of the authenticity and beauty of the design.

Exchanges, returns, or boutique credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved prior to return. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Approved returns must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging and shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be fully insured and include delivery confirmation at the buyer’s expense.

Items showing signs of wear, styling, fragrance, makeup, or alteration cannot be accepted and will be returned to you promptly.

Worn or damaged items cannot be accepted and will be returned to you promptly.

Because each piece is made to order, cancellations are not accepted. Custom-fit or custom-made designs are final sale.

Repair

Alexandria Black offers lifetime repairs! Simple repairs within one year are free; buyer covers shipping both ways. After one year, a nominal fee applies only for materials and shipping. Some designs use natural or vintage components (birch bark, feathers, leather) that require thoughtful care. When properly cared for, these one-of-a-kind pieces can last a lifetime.

Pricing

Gemstones, crystals, and metals are commodities with fluctuating markets. Prices are adjusted as needed, but I keep margins tight to remain fair. You can always trust that every piece is authentic, crafted with intention, and meant to be cherished for a lifetime.
