Shipping

FREE domestic shipping. Low-cost international shipping at $10 USD per piece (minimum $150 order). All designs are made-to-order and ship as listed, typically within 1-3 business days. Some designs may take longer depending on customization or material availability; I’ll contact you if so.

Orders ship USPS Ground Advantage (domestic) or Global Advantage (international), fully insured with tracking. Delivery times may vary, especially internationally - due to USPS or customs delays beyond my control, but I’ll keep you updated. Rush orders are available through FedEx or UPS upon request.

Most jewelry and accessories arrive in our signature keepsake packaging (for orders $100+). With every order, you’ll also receive a digital Self Love Tool Kit (SLTK) PDF by email once your package is delivered contact me.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery for any concerns. Because each design is handmade to order, I don’t accept cancellations. Custom-fit or custom-made designs are final sale.

Exchanges or boutique credit may be honored case by case. Approved returns must be in new condition with original packaging and shipped back insured with delivery confirmation at the buyer’s expense. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

Repair

Simple repairs within one year are free; buyer covers shipping both ways. After one year, a nominal fee applies for materials and shipping. Some designs use natural or vintage components (birch bark, feathers, leather) that require thoughtful care. When properly cared for, these one-of-a-kind pieces can last a lifetime.

Pricing

Gemstones, crystals, and metals are commodities with fluctuating markets. Prices are adjusted as needed, but I keep margins tight to remain fair. You can always trust that every piece is authentic, crafted with intention, and meant to be cherished for a lifetime.
