Dyed and Tipped-Rooster Schlappen feathers are soft and flexible, but wider than the saddle feathers, and the stem is thinner than coque feathers giving it more of a drooping effect. They are dyed black over the natural material giving the boa an iridescent shine and tipped with a light, gold floral spray paint.

The PARIS feather neck & headpiece is a wrap, hairband, headpiece, hat band and much more. It's the perfect accessory. The Fluff is movable and it's finished with the antique button with rainbow colored, paste crystals. The delicate feather piece is adjustable.
